It is just a short 10, minute walk to the main street and the beach. the apartment is spacious and well, equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a balcony. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing daily cleaning service and even arranging transportation to and from the airport. There are also supermarkets and cafes nearby for convenience.

The apartment may experience some noise from a nearby bar that plays loud music until midnight.

This place is a great spot to stay, we only stayed for 7 nights.

I liked the place, it was modern and neat and had exceptionally nice location just next door to Varna as well as the beach and promenade. Everything was modern, I had perfectly pleasant stay, see u next time.

I loved the place, it was amazing and neat. It had a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and Sunny Beach. I went to the nearby Beer Garden Ryor to relax and have a drink. During the stay, everything was fine. I got ironing as a compliment.

The pool area was perfect for chillin' during the day, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The best part was the location - we were just a short walk away from the party scene and the beach. Plus, having a washing machine in our apartment was a total game-changer!

The only thing we wished for was a better hangout spot for young party-goers. It would've been awesome if the hotel had a cool bar or lounge where we could meet up with other guests and have a pre-game before hitting the town.

this apartment exceeded my expectations during a long term stay in sunny beach. the spacious room, equipped kitchen, and daily cleanings made for a comfortable and convenient experience. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. would stay here again without hesitation.

poolside/garden restrictions

During my Easter stay, I was pleased with the spacious apartment that offered a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchenette. The location was ideal as it was close to the main street and there was a 24/7 market just a few meters away. the apartment had a convenient tag system for entering and leaving the residence, providing flexibility.

I was disappointed to find ants in the room on the first day. The positioning of the air-conditioner directly above the bed made it uncomfortable while trying to relax.

Brand new and spotless apartments with friendly staff. Great facilities including a double bed, kitchen, washing machine, balcony, sofa bed, and dining table. Comfortable bed and outstanding service. Excellent location. Would highly recommend - couldn't have asked for better!
